On the occasion of Women’s Day, Mumbai City FC are proud to announce a special initiative for their upcoming home game against Sporting Club Delhi on 8th March. The Club will donate all net revenue generated from ticket sales for the fixture to Smt. Kumudben Dwarkadas Vora Industrial Home for Blind Women as part of its efforts to support and uplift women in the community.
This initiative reflects Mumbai City’s commitment to empowering women and contributing to causes that create meaningful change in the society. By dedicating the proceeds from the matchday tickets, the Club aims to use the platform of football to extend support beyond the pitch and bring attention to important social initiatives, particularly wome-centric causes.
As the Islanders take to the field on 8th March, the match will serve as more than just a contest on the pitch. It will also stand as a symbol of solidarity and support for women, with the Club and its fans, coming together to contribute to a cause that drives positive impact in society.
