Buoyed by securing the first three points of the season against FC Goa – courtesy of Adam Le Fondre’s 95th minute strike from the spot – Sergio Lobera’s Mumbai City head into the third game of the campaign eyeing the start of a real positive run of results.

The Hero ISL’s new boys, Robbie Fowler’s SC East Bengal, put in an impressive shift in their season opening Kolkata Derby but were on the wrong side of a 2-0 scoreline against ATK Mohun Bagan. Despite the result, Fowler’s side showed glimpses of defensive solidity and attacking threat and Sergio Lobera was quick to acknowledge tomorrow’s visitors and the threat they possess in his pre-match media duties.

With empty stands, with our fans back home in Mumbai, tomorrow’s fixture most certainly won’t feel like a home game. But knowing the spirit of the City, we’re known to find home wherever we go. And for Sergio Lobera’s men, they’ll be ready to make Bambolim theirs starting tomorrow.

Team News:

Ahmed Jahouh will return after serving a one game suspension and will be available to Sergio Lobera for selection against SC East Bengal.

Who Said What:

Sergio Lobera: Our focus is to try to improve our level, to try and learn about our mistakes from the last two games. Nothing changes about what I want as a coach - I want to have possession of the ball, I want to create a lot of chances and I want to win.

Mandar Rao Dessai: SC East Bengal looked strong in the first game despite the result. But we know we only have to stick to our game and the result will come.
